Meet the gym's AI team: six AI assistants that work on members, classes, marketing, equipment, sales and the day-to-day running of the gym. Watch them work at their desks, look things up in the Gym Memory, meet, and vote on ideas. Anything big waits for the owner's OK. Click any agent to see what it's doing or give it a job.

How to read the office
  • Walks in → an AI assistant starts a job and finds a desk in its team's room
  • Rest the mouse on an assistant → a small card says who it is, what it is doing and whether it is waiting for your OK
  • Hand on chin → it's thinking about how to do the job
  • Typing, screens lit up → it's working: writing a message, updating the timetable, checking numbers
  • Raised hand → it needs a person to say yes first (for example, spending money); the request appears on the Owner's phone
  • Waiting upstairs (waiting on another agent) → waits upstairs until that agent finishes
  • Reading in the library → it's looking something up in the Gym Memory
  • Files a book → it saved something it learned to the Gym Memory
  • Meeting room → a few agents work something out together
  • The Council → agents argue for and against an idea and vote; the owner makes the final call
  • Envelopes and parcels → agents send each other messages and hand off jobs
  • Smoothie bar and staff gym → a break between jobs
