What is the Gym Memory?

Everything Ironleaf Fitness’s AI assistants have learned, in one place.

1. What this is. This is the Gym Memory of Ironleaf Fitness. Six AI assistants (Member Care, Marketing, Coaching, Facilities, Sales and Operations) work to improve the gym. Whenever one of them learns something worth keeping, it saves a short note here, so nothing gets forgotten and every assistant can build on it.
2. The Overview. The front page: what was saved last, what waits for a yes, members at risk, classes and equipment to watch, decisions, playbooks and areas. Every line opens the note or the run. Next up shows the next things on the Calendar; dashed ones are still waiting for a yes. The Map button shows the same notes as a picture.
3. On the Map, every dot is a note. A note can be about a member, a class, a piece of equipment, an idea, a decision or a result.
4. Bright hubs are areas of the gym. Notes about the same area, such as Members or Classes & Coaching, gather around one bright hub. Lines join notes that are about the same thing.
5. Colours show the kind of note. The panel on the right lists the colours. Use “Colour by” at the top to colour the notes by staff member instead.
6. The Board. The same notes as cards, one column for each area of the gym, newest first. Point at a card to light up the notes it links to. Drag to move around, Ctrl and scroll to zoom, the arrow keys to move between cards and Enter to read one. On a phone the columns swipe sideways. Search and Filters work here too.
7. Live. The “Live · demo” chip beside the note count shows the day’s saves and, now and then, an assistant looking up a note. These look-ups are simulated: they light a note for a moment and never save anything.
8. Read anything. Click a dot to read the note. Use the search box to find anything. Try “cancel”, “6pm” or “Layla”. The List button shows the same notes newest first.
9. Playbooks and runs. Each AI follows a written playbook, a checklist with the checks it must pass and the people who must say yes. Every time it does a job, the steps are saved here as a run. Press Runs at the top to see each job as a row of numbered steps, and click a step to read it. The full playbooks are on the Playbooks page.
10. To review. Notes an AI saved on its own wait in To review (at the top of the page) until a person checks them and keeps or rejects them. The Librarian keeps the memory tidy: it spots duplicates and notes that disagree.
11. People stay in charge. The assistants suggest and remember. Nothing big is decided without a person saying yes.
